VSCC Race day is the Vintage Sports Car Club`s event.
Everything from 50s/60s single seaters to Vintage Aero engined specials. Serious wheel to wheel racing, especially when you consider what some of these cars are worth.

I will be there working, so if you decide to come along let me know, and I will buy yer a drink in the British Racing Drivers Club, also one of the best places to spectate from.

I went to one of these events at Silverstone a few years ago. One guy lost his car on the bend entering the pit straight, span towards the wall but managed to catch it and stop it on the grass. He got out and hand cranked it back to life then hopped back in and carried on racing, got an enormous cheer everytime he went round

These guys did not hold back on the day and a few cars came away scratched and bent
