I know DGA - they are the management company for the block of flats that I live in. I believe they have recently moved offices. They can be a right pain in the **** to get hold of by letter - you should have more luck if you try ringing them. When I'm back at my flat I will find out their details for you.
Cheers

They can be a real pain sometimes - the lady who runs the residents assoc for my flats has had numerous dealings with them. There have also been 'issues' with them when moving - i.e. not providing the correct information etc. Sorry to be negative, but I doubt you will be the last person to encounter this!

they want just over £700 maintanance charge for a STUDIO appartment! 2bed app. they want just over £1100
at the moment i can't see anything they are doing for the money!!
the building needs a lot of work doing to it! they seem to be taking a back seat on their responsibilities, but they still send the bills out to the resadants!!
the Contract etc with them/us says they should re decorated etc the building every 5-6years! its not been touched for the last 11.
to be fair they have only taken this management contract with our building in the last year or so! but money has still been paid by people!
i'm now going to surspend any payment till i get a acceptable reply/resonce from them!!
