I have a business account with Virgin BizNet hosting the website and e-mail addresses (4).

About three weeks ago, running outlook 2000, we started having problems sending e-mail - extremely slow.

Now we rarely can send any, but incoming mail is fine. This has happened on 2 computers at the same time. Virgin say their SMTP server is fine.

Any advice will be appreciated as I am now at the end of my tether after numerous calls to the dimwits on the helpline!

Cheers
Paul

Apologise if I am giving incorrect info (IT f*ckwit here!) but we have ISDN and standard phone lines both with the same problems.

It sounds like a firewall/viruschecker problem to me...
