Successful insurance claim
It's not all doom and gloom after all
Got a cheque for £200 this morning from Norwich Union to reimburse the excess I had to pay after some *** in a pickup ran into the scoob a couple of months back claiming it was my fault
My insurance company said the claim would be treated as split liability, though I insisted it was entirely his fault (which it was).
Anyway a couple of animations and photographs later, it seems I have won the case, thus keeping my NCB and insurance record unbleamished
Sometimes it *does* pay to protest

it was front near-side in fact.
he was *undertaking* in his big bully boy pick up and changed into my lane swiping me with his off-side rear

I do exactly the same with the disposable camera, and have placed one in the wife's car as well. I've seen too many people stiffed by at-fault drivers changing their stories when they realise they're going to screw their premiums.
