I think not. 'A mod' clearly has time to delete threads that are embarassing to Scoobynet, but not to lock or delete a thread that is offensive to people of Asian origin or Muslim religion, despite it being reported to moderators [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
Edit: actually the charity thread hasn't been deleted (even though it didn't turn up when I did a search for it). Second half of the commment above is still valid, though
