Is there anything on the market, like a T-cut for plastics??

I was wondering about this a couple of weeks ago -- I put a massive scratch on my polycarb lenses. The short answer is no -- ANY polishing of the lenses affects the strength of the prescription

Halfords sell a clear plastic cleaner.(Can't remember it's correct name)
I used it to clean my rear screen on a convertable, and it acted a bit like T-cut for plastic, with great results.
Came in a tube similar to a toothpaste tube and cost about £3.50

If you try, as it has already been said, you will effectthe lens prescription or scratch it further.

I succesfully repaired a scratch off center on my spectacles using a kit for repairing scratched CD's. It worked so I was either lucky or it preserves the lens prescription.
Worth a try- the lenses were plastic BTW
