Hi guys,
I have been waiting now over 8 weeks for the ntl world internet access cd which gives freeaccess and free calls.I was promised it would only take 2 to 6 weeks to come and am still waiting, various phone calls later they now tell me JANUARY! is anyone else having this problem.

Mine came through after about 2 weeks I think. This was about 3-4 months ago. I guess they're gaining popularity hence the backlog.

It does seem to be a good service considering it costs nothing.

NTL is o.k it's the muppets who make the policy that creates the problem. The disk distribution has been a fiasco and the bods on the floor have to deal with justly irate customers.

 

I waited 3 months to get NTLworld disk and now the gits won't come and upgrade me to digital TV.
