Remember the TV show Monkey?

Ahh monkey, flying cloud, pigsy and tripitaka etc

It's out on region 4 DVD for 10 quid per 3 episodes. 6 more disks are in the pipline!

Get it from your fav R4 DVD supplier...

Thumbs up

The nature of Monkey was.... irrepressible!

Excellent news. Gotta be one of the must have DVD collections ever (along with complete 6 seasons of Babylon 5 + Crusade)

"You're not a God, you're a birthday cake!" - one of the best lines ever uttered!

oh, and check out [urlhttp://www.geocities.com/Tokyo/Towers/8153/sounds.html][/url] for some monkey sounds

Cool

I've been waiting for this on DVD ever since I saw them on VHS a few months back...

Since they are region 4, I wonder if it possible to get them cheaper than a tenner a DVD.

I'm a big Babylon 5 fan, but I couldn't bring myself to pay £70 odd quid per series on VHS. Is it on DVD? If so do you know how much it is?

B5 on DVD will be released a season at a time late next year(xmas time).

Reckon on about 80 quid a season!

Nobody knows what it'll be like(widescreen, DD 5:1(YES PLEASE!)) etc only that it is due out.

No matter how much is on the credit card. B5 on DVD will be mine, Oh yes, it will be mine!

More like a 7 or 8 DVD set, so I would rekon at least £100

oops! 6 series of B5, maybe I got a little overexcited.

There are only 5, (lest you include Crusade) my mistake, and a biggie coming from a fan.

I know that each VHS box set was around 70 quid but it was worth every penny.

Having the five boxes stacked on top of each other looks mighty impresive.

I *will* buy it on DVD, when it comes out in 2001, regardless of cost.

Tis a trully awesome series. It's when you watch the old ones, eg; season 1's 'coming of shadows' after watching the whole thing that you see so much foreshadowing (pardon the pun). JMS is a total diamond geezer.

Oh, and I *am* really sad. I used to be part of the Psi-corps fan group. Was pretty cool, even got a psi-corps badge!

The corps is mother, the corps is father.

(yes I need to get out more )
