Has anyone had any experience of them?

Are they useless all the time, or have they made a special allowance in my case?

just you i think ? i use them quite a bit, usally next day on books and cd's, even when i ordered the day before Xmas eve

I ordered a cd from them about 3 weeks ago and still no sign. It was supposed to have been shipped over a week ago.
Not good!

Hmm,

prices good, although not always the cheapest

delivery can take ages tho
