Is there any one out there who is or knows a financial/mortgage advisor, who could recommend a mortgage (£125K) for a self employed contractor with 6-7 months books, but with a big deposit to put down, as I’m not having much luck with the chimps on the high street!!!

Thumbs up

If you don't get any joy with these I've got the name of a broker in the City who may be able to help.

I've just got a mortgage for 150k with less than three years accounts, using the contract as proof of income.

Drop me a mail if you want their number.
