on some pics on here i see a red crosses on a white background which is not clickable , does anyone know what causes it .

If you right click the square where the image is missing, it will tell you the URL of the picture.

If it's something to do with the TurboSport uploader, I'd have money on you running a version of the Norton Firewall...

Norton Firewall will block the 'referer' information being sent to Turbosport who host the images.

There are a few sets of instructions about here on how to configre Norton to allow the images to display.
