Lots of pubs in the old town of Nice, some English speaking ones like "Chez Wayne" right next to the Courthouse. Lots of blonde girls from UK / Scandinavia there...

Places close at 1 or 2 am though. I'm not a club guy, so couldnt tell you where to go after that.

Check out the Cafe Grand Prix in Monaco. Very busy after midnight, open till 5 am. Live music and all that.

I was in Toulouse last month. Not much up there. Make sure you eat "foie gras mi-cuit" and "Cassoulet" and all the South Western specialties that make the French cooking reputation.
