Tel - there's a difference between listening to some American yap down the phone at me about tickets and faults while I'm answering questions and doing nothing while answering questions.
However, that said...it's not especially busy, but then it is only half 7 in North Carolina....shift change soon...then it will get really busy... I can see at lest 31 tickets that haven't come across yet...lurking....waiting...but we can't touch them...

Keep trying to...but the phone keeps bleating at me, so have to crawl out of my sleeping bag, answer the phone, deal with the issue and then snuggle back down.
