Tonight at nine.
"a rundown of the American Film Insititute`s top 100 [bold]most gripping movies,[/bold] which was compiled by 2000 actors, directors, screenwriters and stuntmen from genres including sci-fi, horror, action-adventure and silent movies."
What's your top three? I'll go for (in no particular order and bearing the above genres in mind):
Bladerunner.
Terminator.
Mad Max2.
sorry can't do bold text. How do you do bold text?

Jeepers Creepers is w@nk!
It was a tad spooky until the dumbfcuk winged demon appeared!
Buck,The Shining is still one of the scariest (sp) movies IMO! Very few movies give me a shiver now but everytime I see Jack doing his stuff it still spooks me!
The memory of Freddie Kreuger was good until I watched the third one recently and pi$$ed myself laughing!
**** me this is gonna be a messy session tonite!

Yes, Nightnare on Elm St - the first two were very scarey - but the whole franchise turned into self parody after those.
But they were funny though
Jeppers Creepers I've not seen....
Blair Witch - now *that* was w@nk

Just when we on the subject of horror movies, does anyone remember an English movie called "the beast in the cellar"? Two old women locked their nephew in the cellar oddly enough to stop him being drafted into the army. Was a 60s/70s film IIRC. Again was scary as a kid but total toss now!

in a similar vien what was that Clint Eastwood one where he was an injured civil war soldier taken in by a house full of women who kept him prisoner? That was pretty wierd...
