I am on a traders policy...and my premium is £500 fully comp with windscreen insurance for ANY vehicle....I had 9 points at one stage, didnt make a difference..but perhaps normal insurance is different????I only ever had traders.

Respond saying from your records you cannot determine who was driving at the time of the offense. Make reference to the recent unmarked police car that was caught by transit van, the police had no record of who was driving so they received a fine but no points.

I got snapped (didn't even see a camera) in Wales at exactly that speed (94 in a 70) in August. 3 points and £60.
One mph more and it's more serious !

I got had on the A449 so watch on there for mobile cameras.
Thank god I was in the audi not in my scooby or I would probably be banned for over 100 cause I was pushing the audi a fair bit.

Yes I also heard that about company secretary not sure if its a new thing but I just asked a m8 who is a solicitor and she said that she has had 3 seperate clients who have basically said don't know who was driving and they just got to apy the £60 fine.
But the thing is I don't even know if it was me yet anyway....so fingers crossed its not

It says on the notice between Coldra and Kemys if that helps but I can confirm it was a mobile camera as they have no perm cameras there yet. But that road along with the M50 is the UK autobahm you can take off on that road if you had wings on your car as its never really policed......until now that is
