What a truly sh!te company. A local electronics shop has my TV which broke and they have now repaired. They are refusing to give it back until D & G pay them. I call them up today and am on hold for 10 mins, I get through and ask to be put through to Ms X - the bloke buts me on hold and 5 mins later the line drops dead.

I call back again and am on hold another 15 mins, finally get through and say some cheeky sod has dropped line. Bloke No 2 says sorry and then does exactly the same. FFS I work in Customer Service and this really grinds me that a company can be so unprofessional.
