I have a list of 11 household tasks to complete before I start my new contract next week. First person to pick a number between 1 and 11 chooses my first task

You should have waited for me to say 9, you'd have enjoyed that better.

Telboy - well a home cinema, yes

The projector's not mounted properly at the moment and the image isn't quite right on the screen. I'm going to build my own mount somehow - I need a universal joint though - like in a camera tripod... hmmmmm

You should have done "2" first, that's always the easiest

You can buy mounts that fit to the ceiling. If you have a good enough projector you can adjust all the image keystone and things so you don't need to faff with the mount. Its not difficult! I would prefere that to tidying the garage!

Agree with #12. Talking to Roland from crtprojectors.co.uk about it. The problem is that I want one with 8" tubes if I'm going to do it at all and I can't really justify the expense

Go for number 4 - always an easy one - get it out of the way first.

Can't believe this thread's still running. Well I've done #8 now, and #11. #4 I'll do first thing tomorrow (book restaurant). Anyone like to suggest the next one after that?
