Parcel Delivery Cos
#1
I will maybe need to send a package (about 2 kilos) from Oxford to Scotland. Parcelforce are suggesting £11.85 for the 48hr delivery service and I can't find any slower (cheaper) alternatives !
Anybody got any suggestions
Thanks

Don't use the PO/Parcelforce if you can avoid 'em. ***** took 23, and 30 days to deliver my last 2!!!!
Securicor failed to pick up when they said they would, despite the fee having already been paid, on 2 SUCCESSIVE DAYS.
Lynx??? Yellow pages under "Packages" or "Delivery"?

I use:
www.parcel2go.co.uk
Usually not bad, bit cheaper at about £10.50 but not by much.
Stay away from Parcelforce, sent my mate a printer, took 21 days to arrive on their '48' hour service which cost more than standard....then wouldnt give me a refund.

Try http://www.apc-overnight.com
Cost me £11 (IIRC) to have a backbox overnighted from Inverness to me.
