Nokia 7650 - and how to set up pop mail settings

Hello there guys i really need your help.
I have recently got one of these all singing all dancing phones the NOKIA 7650(one with the camera in it)
I am having real trouble finding a site or person who can tell me how i can use the mailbox function on the phone, all i want to do is get my yahoo.co.uk mail through my telephone.
All i can find is sites that tell you to go on to wap and then to the site and collect your mail, it obviously can be done otherwise the function wouldnt be on the phone would it.
CAN ANYONE HELP?

As far as I know you can't pick up yahoo mail on it because it's web based.
Mine is set up to run freeserve and works a treat and is dead simple to set up.
Dial-up number
E-mail address
Outgoing mail server
User name
Password
Incoming mail server
Mailbox type
