Bloody customer service .... been in waiting for a new garage door. What do they turn up with, white fittings and a "GREEN" door. Quote says white, invoice says white, manager says I must of order GREEN !. Oh well, anyway the "The Garage Door Company"(real name !) have refunded my money and I need to find a new door.

has anybody had any experiance of cardale or sws roller doors, before I spend my hard earned.

Yes mate the same company never even turned up to give me quote, so i brought a number plate.

Cardale are more a 'budget' door, if you can strecth to it get a Hormann, they're german, and dare I say it, they're pretty good, if you wanna give away a shed load of cash, get a Wayne dalton sectional door, with electric operator, I fit a few of these, and they are the dogs bits, they ain't cheap though!

Budget ... ouch ..... this one was going to cost a grand ... full electric roller (thermaglide)

I just bought a Cardale 16' roller door and after 2 weeks the inside of the lock scratched the outside of the door. My dealer wanted to paint it and I said no but then let him and when he was finished I told him I was not happy and he eventually got Cardale out.

The man from Cardale was cool but I am still waiting for the the door to be replaced and he was at the door a few weeks ago.

Oh how I am glad I have not paid the grand for my door.

Apart from that the door is good and looks ok.

If I were to do it again I would try and get a Hormann!!!
