Afternoon guys,

I need to order some parts for my Alcon four pot callipers, I eventually managed to source the part numbers from Alcon and placed the order with Demon Tweeks, an authorised reseller but apparently Alcon have yet to acknowledge the order or give an indication as to when the parts will be shipped to them.

I've spoken with other authorised dealers and it seems most are reluctant to deal with a small order (circa £200) so it honestly feels like there is no product / manufacturer support.

Have others had the same experience?
