Really? They look stupid. A quick google search brings up some pics with male models wearing them, and they still look horrid, so I’m pretty sure you couldn’t pull it off. Mid life crisis material methinks.

May be. But oddly enough I had never heard of these things until I saw a quality Netflix film - White Collar - with one scene where the smart looking hero was wearing a 10,000$ suit and shirt with a bootlace tie. He was certainly not an old git like me. So I thought I'd ask on here but what a boring lot you are. Anything a bit different and it's rubbish

And when you can't think of anything to say you insult me. Well f,uck off because I don't like it. How immature.

Well I care what people think and asked an innocent question. As soon as I posted I started to get insults led by that prat PeeDee with "Horrendous. You’d look like an utter douche. Need I say more....." WTF does he know and why should he just be so insulting, assuming I was asking before I got one for myself (which was not the case)?
And then Jos starts to mock my age. I don't like it. There are standards of basic politeness which I grew up with and I try my best to uphold some basic courtesies. And don't give me that clichéd s,hit "well it is the Internet".

As usual your response to anyone disagreeing with your opinions is to bleat about the perceived 'insult'. You claim that you try to uphold basic courtesies but then proceed to insult the **** out of the person concerned. Are insults OK providing you're the one dishing them out?

Please tell me which of your posts on this thread you are referring to? dl
Hold on a second. You care what people think, so ask us for our opinion, then get stroppy when it’s not in line with your opinion? I didn’t personally insult you, i said I think you’d look like an utter douche, which is an opinion, which is what you asked for. I assume that normally you look ok, so wearing one of these would make you look like a douche, rather than already looking like one. If I was to insult you, I’d call you a ****. There’s a big difference.
Here’s an idea.....if you don’t like people’s opinions, don’t ask for them, you might not like the answer. However, if literally everyone is saying the same thing, I’d take that as a good indicator. Go and wipe your tears away big lad. Oh, and please don’t wear a bootlace tie, because you’d look like an utter douche (thats an opinion btw).
