After 20 years I'm back in the dating game and looking for inspiration.
So far we have had dinner, done the cinema, go karting, had a few glasses of wine on the beach at night and been bowling. Please share your ideas of a great date, the more unique the better 👍🏻

It took me 23 years of marriage to get through that much.

Think you need to cook her dinner at home. Nice bottle of wine. Then relax on the couch, and let nature take it's course.
Classic SN replies; I'd be lost in that world, married too long to remember anything else. What about a track day tuition together, or rock-climbing as a true team sport, indoor or outdoor. Then offer some back door action, or what ever they do nowadays
Got to say she should be riding you like a rodeo pony by now after that lot... if not then I'd be looking at moving on to someone who's a little more appreciative and doesn't mind showing it.
Failing that, horse riding, snow dome, ice skating, climbing, clay pigeon shooting, water sports day @ national watersports centre, Alton Towers... list is endless really.
And the piece de resistance... romantic weekend away... if that don't get your end wet then refer to my earlier comment.

Take her to church, give her the opportunity to hear the word of God. Unique, free and maybe the lady (and you) will receive the greatest gift in the universe.
