Yep, it was advertised as a one-time payment.
I mean, come on? As if anyone would pay for THIS site now?
Just shows, it's all about money. They have refused for years to REALLY do anything about the scammers, now they are trying for more money themselves. Well they can fukc off.

We should have our own SNEXIT
The only problem is 52% of members would vote for a move to an alternative site and the remainder would stay on here and moan about, well, Brexit. And what about us poor non-members, would we have a say? This could get messy with the non-contribution arguments, the Expats on FB and of course the Regional sections wanting independence
Alcazar? Would he become the Nigel Farage of SNExit?

According to webuka the site is worth $10,687
Has an advertising revenue of $427pcm
With average of 904 daily visitors
Not sure how accurate that is but I'm guessing they are losing loads of subscription money over the last year or 2 so no more freebies,I would expect the price to go up soon!

It doesn't seem right what they've done
But Is it not slightly inevitable that fees have to go up if theres fewer participants . I know my other car forum is constantly on the brink

I would love to buy the site, change a few things around here
I wonder what monthly costs are as with the site and the app, plus lost a few traders, monthly cost for them isn't cheap.

Noticed mine has gone too. Can't say I'm impressed, but Scoobynet has been going down hill for years snd I'm visiting less and less. Many great members have moved onto other things maybe it's time to do the same.
