yawn.
yawn.
yawn.
I have said it many many times to you before, don't like it then **** off and stop reading. You are so very very boring....
You said about your company, not any company. Maybe English is not your strong point? Jog on fella, I shall reply as and where I wish. You don't have to read it or reply....
You took enough pleasure in harassing me at every opportunity, and now you're crying because I pointed out your error. Get over yourself....

I'm asking for you to simply not speak to me, stop trying to be hard about.
It's a simple request no?
As you, I can post anything on any forum relevant or not, just like the other posters have.
If you have an issue with my to chase me up on stuff, why don't you do it in person instead of chasing me down like some troll?
I'm not going to reply now as I'm wasting valuable time talking to a *****.

Lol. You are a sad individual.... unfortunately for you, I am not going anywhere, I find you far too amusing
Again with the insults like a little school child. You really are pathetic. Maybe you should have thought about that before you started following me around like a little lost puppy a while back?
I will reply as and where I wish. Ignore or not, your choice fella, it matters not a single thing to me....

LOL.
To actually add something useful to the thread, because I can....
There is no issue or rules to stop them been present at each others hearing because they are not allowed to participate in the hearing.
My regional union man confirmed it, and commented something along the lines of what a waste and if they are trying to be clever it will backfire and could give the company more ammunition.

Is that why you're now following me around? Pot n kettle.
I used to pull you up on your in factual comments actually hence correcting you a while back if you care to remember. But now as I ignore you since I gave you the option to sort it out but then you come back as a clever dick, means I don't bother with you anymore as you just talk the talk.
I've just proved you can't read properly, not my problem is it?

I'm not following anyone, I pointed out an inaccuracy, you got butt hurt.... I don't hold grudges, no time for that business, let it go fella, you are making yourself look daft...

let's just look at this statement.... You have said that you can have anyone in with you. The use of the word oblige is key here, see below;
o·blige
(ə-blīj′)v. o·bliged, o·blig·ing, o·blig·es
v.tr.
1. To compel or require (someone) to do something, as by circumstance or legality: When the power went out, we were obliged to fetch water with a bucket. The contract obliges you to meet the deadline.
As you can see, you have used a word, that would construe this as a fact, or legal standing.
As I then pointed put that this is not the case.
You second statement, then tries to allude to the fact that it is company dependant. Whilst having no basis for the comment in the context of the original post to believe this is possible or acceptable.
So at best, you have contradicted yourself by accident and your statement is incorrect. Or at worst, you do not have a clue and have nothing useful to contribute here as you actually do not have a clue...

You can't have anyone you want. There is some very poor knowledge of employment law here...
if the company are daft enough to let you have anyone you want that is their choice.
but the law is it has to be a colleague or approved union rep.

Yes and if you read, a companion is a union rep or colleague not a friend.... A companion is a legal term for been accompanied by the defined persons.
I never said that you can't, I said that any company that allows you to do that is crazy. So before going and giving it the big one, read what is written.

There was no inaccuracy as you quoted I said as a fact, you can't prove I even said fact can you?
You just skim read and thought you'd have a go at me because of your grudge against me, you know the time when you insulted my mother?
Everything I have written is of my experience so I shared it, and so did alcazar, his son went to one also so that means it's not just my company as you stated other 'cant' either.
You obviously listen to what someone's told you like you do as usual without actually experiencing or being in the situation yourself no?
All you've done here after me proving what I've said to which you thought I didn't is to then pick on something else I've said and turn it to it's not relevant to the op's question, but as you put it, you can post anything you like, so does that mean your superior than me?
And you tell me to grow up looool.
I can carry on posting if I wish to entertain you for longer as I'm now settled on my sofa

apart from the fact that I even posted the link to the relevant information for you....
LOL. You make such wild assumptions. Yet obviously you have not got a single clue about this. Let alone needing your wife to stick up for you in a meeting....
You obviously fancy me or something as you seem to have a major hard on for me even though you repeatedly say you weren't going to talk anymore

I did say I can have anyone I wished to be there yes, because I could.
And apparently so did another poster on here.
The fact it says in my contract to which the word that you pick on was used.(if you search my posts I do believe I've also pointed this out that there maybe more option on this in the works contract)
But the difference is I can read, maybe I need to go to school and learn English again, perhaps you can teach me?

Lol. You are talking about circumstantial evidence. I work on the legalities of it.
apart from the fact that I even posted the link to the relevant information for you....

My wife was there to be a witness if anything happened as my employer has a habit of kicking off but that's irrelevant to you but as you asked
Nah I'd rarther carry on and see how far off topic you go seen as I've answered all my quotes that you never read properly, which your starting to already

Nothing changes here, I see......
In summary, then.
1. Law states a colleague or union rep
2. Individual company policy may extend that to just anyone
I take it your company policy doesn't specify, so I would just go with point 1. As they are colleagues, I suppose it is therefore ok, however, it does seem like a bit of a 'conflict of interest', for want of a better way of putting it. Being witness for one another, it is certainly preparing the second to be disciplined for what is coming. As the witness can't actually get involved in proceedings, it doesn't really matter who it is.
That said, I would have an independant witness/note taker in on these. I always look at that as a sensible option (not sure if it is law) so as you don't have people claiming x,y or z was or wasn't said. I've never understood why hearings aren't just recorded.

You two are comedy gold ... one thing though... It's nice to be on the outside looking in for a change.
You're like a pair of ******* c0@k jousting.
It's quite enlightening watching you two go at it... it's almost like you're twins separated at birth... both got modded sheds, both weekend racers and think you're going to be discovered by a racing team and be the new Lewis of the shed racers, and neither wants to give in.
Welcome back Lisa, some things do change.... ^ look it's not me^

I suppose the difference is mine is modded properly, not a half arsed job that broke after a few months
I'm no good at racing, I just find it fun
