I was under the impression that out of millions and millions of those stickers, only a handful are Mayfair with the jackpot win?

The 'free' Holiday to California, Thailand or New Zealand is actually just a room in a Hotel. If you 'win' the Holiday you have to pay for flights and food yourself. Not exactly what I'd call a free holiday!
