It's a difficult one, for I've never watched any Christmas film to its full length.

I did watch a bit of A Christmas Carol last year. It looked as if my TV was on class A drugs. Very dark and mysterious; like The Dark Night. Strong 5/7 from me to that.

Elf is great, Miracle on 34th Street is another good Christmas film. Love National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.

I actually googled Best Xmas Films a few days ago but couldn't understand why Die Hard kept coming top of the list. Yes it's set at Xmas but hardly about Xmas.

Channel 5 have been showing obscure Xmas films all Saturday\Sunday afternoon for the last few weekends. Nothing you'd have heard of though

Any film in which Jenny Agutter removes her underwear gets my vote.

I caught the tail end of a tv programme on the best Christmas films. I saw some scenes from Home Alone, and found them quite entertaining. They also showed Die Hard scenes with barefooted Bruce Willis scampering around in a right state. Home Alone seemed a lot better and worth re-watching this season. I think it was on this evening on some channel.

The first Home Alone, I remember going to the cinema in 1990 as a 12 year old.
As has been said Die Hard 1 & 2 are another two.
