Michael McDonald has a fantastic voice, one of my all time favourite artists

and that song would be in my all time top 20

 

Your preferene for a particular singer's voice will depend to some extent on what style of music currently is of interest to you.
I'm surprised that this voice hasn't been mentioned here. My first ever record purchase was one by this singer, 45rpm vinyl for the princely sum of 7s 6d (35p).
His was not the only quality singing voice but for me there are none better.
