Default Pizza Express

...Apparently, they'll be doing home deliveries soon!! Check their website.

Love the taste/texture/options, etc. of their pizzas - quality.

Yes, Pizza Express may not be as good as an authentic Italian but it's much better than Pizza Hut.

I used to love Pizza Hut. But they've suddenly started to slap on loads of the tomato sauce... Resulting in limp slices. Plus, it's now become just too much, tastewise - you get a tomato sauce overload.

Ironically, I demolished a large Dominos Vegi Supreme last night...... At about 12.30.

Never liked Pizza Hut. Too doughy as ever, and their salad bar looked minging, last time I went there about five years ago. Looking at the custom I just thought to myself that you'd go there for the sake of eating out.

Most Pizzas you get these days are English pizzers.....no garlic, no taste.

Dominos is my favourite but I'm yet to try Papa Johns. I disagree about the garlic taste as we find Domino's extremely tasty. They even use a "garlic spray". It's some sort of garlic flavouring I guess, in an aerosol can that they spray over the pizzas when done.

Why the **** does this site meddle with everything one does.

I wrote the title as "PIZZA EXPRESS...???" because - shock, horror - I WANTED too.

It's one thing changing the letters to lowercase (as they always seem too).... Quite another to remove (or add) stuff! That's just being disdainful.

I mean, seriously, what ruddy difference does it make?!

The friggin' ***** on this site are seriously getting on my wick these days! Esp. as all the useful/good features no longer work, etc., etc...

Kuntz.

They insist on editing my titles, for no good reason.

I like to use capitals and !!! or ???, and sometimes an OP smiley etc -- for quick recognition of my own threads.

I've done it ever since I joined, in 2006.

The 'Big Brother'-ness of it really annoys me.

I know I'm overeacting like a bitch lol. But such ridiculous 'rules' nark me.

'Red tape' in ALL aspects of our pathetic lives, it seems.

You are bitching alright, but I think Scoobynet admin is breaching a basic human right of a member here, by unnecessarily amending their harmless titles. I believe you're entitled to speak your mind and demand an explanation from them.

No, venting is extremely healthy activity, that's perfectly acceptable. But for SN to get rid of your vented expression from your title is out of order. I mean, I can put up with A 55 getting all starred up for looking like an @$$ but your expression is important as a human being. It's really not on to turn your genuine and interesting question into some flat statement type heading, like the Daily Telegraph newspaper's article title, is it??? Very callous of SN.

It don't matter.

The thread, by it's nature, is something of a throwaway one, anyway. It ain't winning any Booker Prize, that's for sure.

"Ain't no thiiiiing."

Even then.

Anyway, I ain't no trouble maker $h1t stirrer, I was just empowering you for further b!tchfight with the mods, but never mind.

Back to pizzas, my fave from Pizza Express is thin crust one with loads of spinach, grilled tomato and mozzarella cheese.

I actually haven't been to one in years. Do they do deep pan bases?

They used to do "Quattro formaggi" (four cheeses). Don't seem to do it any more(?)

Who? Pizza Express? I don't know, you know. We only go for thin crust. I don't remember seeing a thick crust pizza in there on someone else's table either. I think their thick crust doesn't go over a few mm; unlike Pizza Hut and Domino ones with 12 incher for the mighty crust and 20 for the diameter. I mean, if I want to eat bread, I'll buy bread, not pizza.

Yeah, P.E.

I like the thick bases - filling. And fattening.

Pizza express sold their sole to the devil when they allowed supermarkets to sell them for £1.50 a go. I wouldn't use their restaurants now knowing I've just overpaid by about £10 for one in there.

Just to set the record straight here, this is nothing to do with mods/admin, so best turn attention away from us for once. If we edit thread titles, it shows up, and there is nothing in the edit history showing any mod or admin has personally made any changes, so I can only assume it's some automatic thing.

I would ask IB, but I hate to say, I wouldn't hold my breath for an answer.
