Default samba or gazelle

I'm after a pair of trainers and Im torn between adidas Samba or Gazelle, either will be in dark blue suede but which one? Samba are about 50 quid and gazelle are 67 quid and both look pretty damned similar.

Nor am I. Are you hoping I will post such a picture?
If you're referring to a photo I posted years ago in triathlon shorts (nothing like trunks) then you've remembered that because you have indeed been diagnosed with gay.

I really think you need to give yourself a shake and stop posting the gaymates pictures where you and jack are what ever other marques.

Well after being diagnosed with gay you might also want to get an eye test. Shorts are not trunks you goon and standing next to your son may be a mild suggestion of not being gay.

You remembered it though; I bet no one else did. You are asking the gay question about shoes. You are gay.

Nowt wrong with that these days but this might not be the right website for such questions. It's the gayest question posted in a long time.

Steve bt? Steve bum tickler?

?
Well now it appears you have either drank too much or your a complete d1ck? Why would someone post a picture of them selves in SHORTs diving off a boat or any other semi naked shot on a car forum?

Yes its the reverse call theory. Call everyone else gay and no one will suspect matteboy is. The funny thing is a lot of gay people are into sports when they are old as they think being in shape will get the young bucks. But Im sure your not like that as all the old gays like to post pictures of themselves doing manly things in semi naked photos which im sure you would never do?

So where are your accusations that Banny is gay? And many others.

You're just badly out of shape and jealous like most blokes your age.

Asking about shoes is more metrosexual than discussing man bags. As is being a man-bitch.

So long sweet cheeks.

This.

And neither, there are so much better trainers out there that you don't feel every little piece of gravel when out and about, I have never got on with Samba or Gazelle's because they don't have any give in the sole.

These are the daddies when it comes to day to day wear trainers, and they'll last you a couple of years easy, light, extremely comfortable, waterproof and durable. The first pair I've linked have seen heavy daily use for over 2yrs, which is something I don't normally do as I have maybe 15 pairs of trainers to choose from, but I had a dodgy ankle and they were the only ones I could wear without pain, and I have been working in them for the past 6 months and will be buying the leather version when I'm back in Uk.

I don't wear either of those trainers as I don't find them comfortable. But I'm so glad they are on sale because I wore them as a teenager so find it very nostalgic to seem them still on sale.

It also shows that mine was the most stylish generation of them all.

I remember the fashion of wearing one green and one blue Gazelle I was more of an Addidas Stan Smith, Bamba and Kick man myself.

As soon as I saw you'd posted, I knew it would be something to do with me.

It is however very comforting to me that you and I don't share the same tastes.

I'm pretty sure Steve is looking for a pair of "casual trainers". Those in your links are neither causal or trainers....

........oh and, don't flatter yourself that my comment was aimed at you, it would of been the same no matter who posted it...But to be fair, they are old man shoes

Shouldn't stereotype the younger generation though

Salomon make great shoes - I use these for trail running;

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Salomon-S-Lab-Fellcross-Running-Shoes/dp/B00DWQERN0 http://www.amazon.co.uk/Salomon-S-Lab-Fellcross-Running-Shoes/dp/B00DWQERN0

But they're pretty poor on tarmac. The missus uses ones more like your links as they're better allrounders.

I use Asics Kayanos (rarely) for road running.

I don't wear gay-boy "fashion" trainers though.

I'm probably older than you think I am and still wear the same style of casual clothes I did 30 years ago, you'll never see me in a pair of stay press chinos and a pair of Jesus creepers...................or those silly walking shoes you posted.

She's obviously a very smart woman with great taste.

I don't generally buy fashion trainers either these days as they fall apart very quickly and are generally not up to the task, most of what I buy as casual daily footwear are more like approach /trail walking and running type shoes/trainers.
I spend a lot of time in the great outdoors and my footwear is important to me, so my current collection consists of about 4 pairs of Salomon's including a pair of boots I just treated myself to for my Bday, LA Sportiva, Berghaus, North face, Karrimor, couple of pairs of addidas one for fell running and a couple of Nike's but slightly older ones, then there's 2 pais of O'neill's

Im a bit of an Imelda Marcos when it come to footwear.

Similar here; on my second pair of Mammut Redburn GTX; they look acceptable, are light, waterproof, grip wet rocks, etc. Ponsy fashion trainers would last about three seconds down here.

Haglofs are good too; when in a sale.

I bought Samba's on a bit of a whim and hardly use them. I dislike driving in them immensely for some reason.

I use Converse day to day, Nike "somethings" for running and training and some cheap insulated Karrimors for winter walking/RC racing.
