Ranker's mainly a neutral platform, a host for a general consensus if you like.

 

My point is that it is not an authority for anything.
Plus it's as neutral as you want it to be, and easy to be engineered/gamed; Advertse your poll on a Neo-**** website and you're bound to get neo-**** parties at the top - it is meaningless.
