If i listed an auction that said in the description in big capital letters "UK BIDDERS ONLY, WILL NOT POST OUTSIDE OF THE UK". Not only that, in the postage details it said "Postage to United Kingdom"

What would that say to you ?

You then log in at the end of the auction to find out that the winning bidder is from Thailand lol

These foreigners seem to have the ability to read the description of what your selling and the condition etc then totally ignore the rest.

Thai winning bidder may now pull out himself, after realising that the postage will be bigger than what he'd spend on posting a large elephant over from Thailand. That would cause a hassle for you, as you may either decide to sell your good to the loser bidder for his asking price. If he also turns out to be a North Pole dweller, then you'll just have to re-list.

There is a option in your ebay settings to exclude every
country outside the uk, can't remember exact sequence
but shouldn't be hard to find.

I think it's a option when you set up a auction.
