mmmm no there not my girlfriend just ordered one today from apple store, coming in the post in a few days, seems very strange u made a mistake but could not cancel the order, i would have been straight on the phone, bloody scooby net seems to be rip off paradise at the mo. think thats bang out of order, fair enough selling one to make some money but maybe best not doing it on here!

I think the issue is he is trying to sell something way above the price it can be bought for new from the supplier. I would personally wait and ensure the warranty was in my name.
