Hey guys sorry to change things but cant make the sun 4th so the weekend after, sun 11th but got a dilemma right as no one got back to us on a venue.. i have chosen The Wheatsheaf Inn,fromes hill, just rang the manager really nice guy, said he will cordon half the car park for us but he said sun 11th between 13:00-15:00 the car park is rammed packed,
But we could do the meet between 15:00-17:00 sun or we could have the meet anytime on the Sat 10th so i need to know what you guys think as i have to get back to him, with a date and time cheers guys

 

For myself sat afternoon is prob a better idea, but can do late sunday if everyone waats to do that......

 

If we're doing a pub meet then Sunday lunch time is going to be a problem at any pub that does food. I would say make the meet a bit later then anyone who wants to stop on for a bite to eat after (like me) can have an evening meal.

 

+1 for sat as then i am in no rush to drive back to camp sun night also dave he wants a figure of how many cars that are coming and would like to meet one of us memeber b4 the meet is anyone willing to do this guys ?

would like a sticker please or two , how big are they gonna b ? for inside the car window if poss please. see you in Ledbury then?? is the wheatsheaf easy to find, dont know the area. AWdsu. violetleggy. (not violeNt ! )

 

the stickers are 40 cm long and about 3 cm high, what colors would you like AWDsu ? and would you like 2 stickers? yes its easy to find situated on the A4103 (the main Hereford to Worcester Road) at the top of Fromes Hill, on the left hand side coming from malvern.

Also guys the ones that would like to join worcestershire scoobies, is it possible i could get a picture of you and your Scooby so we could put you in our member section, on the website so we can get faces to names to cars lol either post the pics on here or send to email via website.

Is anyone willing to pop in to the Whearsheaf and the manager like a face to face, and would like to know how many scoobies are going to be arriving as he will be cordon a area off for us cheers .
