ELP ELP PLEASE ELP!!

please help i just bought some new dash bulbs for my scoobeedoo and av taken the front plastic off and av undone da otha screws so now da speedo panel is loose and moves about but i cant get it out.
i dont want to pull it as its attched at da back somewhere.
please help!!
could some one please explain how i change these bulbs? i did it in me old fiesta!! lol no probs at all.just a bit lost as id like to change my dials too and tha aint happenin!! all help is apprieciated from you scooby fanatics!!! cheers from da scally scouser!
