Northants new year meet

Meet up on 7th at 2ish in Corby, then bit of a blast round Rutland (I'll plan a good route), call in at a pub for drink/food (Yvonne said if there's not too many she will cook a chilli, so it will be back to our house for the food), bit more of a blast back over to Northampton for the meet at the QE.

This will be my first meet up in my scooby. Water pump went yesterday in northampton its in the garage and will be started on hopefully TUES-WEDS and i hope will be ready for sunday. Jason

... it's a good job your driving skills are better than your riding ones ... ... I think we all learned a lesson though - bmx + pitch-black + skate-park + 3am + alcohol = not a good mix!!! ... same time, same place next year then??? Luke and I won't make the meet this weekend as I am on call

This was just an unlucky moment, im getting older, old people do things like fall over, 'gravity sucks'
As for next year Nic, im well up for repeating the wkend with you crazy kids, minus the mishap ofcourse.
oh and a slightly smaller goose !

Your not getting older its just the millions more brain cells you frazzled this year trying to keep up with stiffler.

We've been out to plan a route, and think we should meet up in the hotel car park, junction 7 off the A14 (at Kettering) at 2pm. Meeting at Kettering as this will be an easier place for everyone to find.
As it's still getting dark early, and most of the roads are back roads, we thought it would be better to eat later on if thats ok with everyone (but stop for a drink and a break near Rutland water)
As there seems to be quite a few cars coming now, can you let me know if you want to eat, because I may need to book tables.
Oh, and don't wash your cars as the roads are filthy!
