andy is coming down to map tas's and my car on the tue 24th oct.
there is a space for one possible two cars to be done aswell this day. if intrested let me know soon as poss so i can let him know there will be others.
he charges £200 for his travel expenses which is split between how many cars will be done. at the moment it's £100 each between tas n me which is a lot cheaper than driving to scotland!!

Yes Im interested, have an STI 8 with a full decat fitted so need to get remapped soon (driving round very slow at moment). I need to find a bit more information about remapping, eg do I need a new fuel pump etc. I thought you needed a rolling road to remap or is this laptop in passenger seat drive round and adjust? What is the base cost (- £200 split), website indicates £500-550 depending on number of people?

the £200 is his traveling expenses, the cost for ecu tek would be in the regin of £550-£650 depending on any discount that andy may give.

 

once place filled , will check with andy if he has time to fit another car in.

 

spoken to andy and he's unable to fit another car in on the 24th but can do next day if there are people that want if done.

As for costs he confirmed £500 + vat for each remap (£587.50) plus share of travelling costs.

£200 for first day & £80 for 2nd day

So if 3 on first day 200/3 £66each
or example 5 in total 280/5 £56each

Also need to pay in advance for any travelling expenses and they can pay in cash on day or pay all in advance.

Can we put a list of confirmed people together.

tas and i have already paid £100 each to cover travelling expenses, so at the moment it works out to be £70 each. if more join cost will go down further.

i think we will need to change the date as i wont be able to get the monday off work and as andy, alan and chris have no idea of the area thats not going to be that good .

i will speak to andy and try to figure some other dates out as soon as possible.

will also speak to tas to see if maybe he can change his day off to the monday.
