Miaserable Weather, bored staying in - anyone fancy an improptu meet this weekend for a couple of beers and underbonnet viewings?

May i suggest somewhere on a hill rahter than by a river (no offence to anyone who's been flooded out)

Why not meet at Santa Pod as there is a Run What Ya Brung there on Sunday. There is supposedly a Japanese car meet there, so could be other scoobys also. Weather Permitting.

I will be suprised it the meet is still on due to the current condiitons. The thought of standing outside on a dissused airfield with little shelter, costly (and average) food and no alcohol on a Sunday in November fills me with dread. I am getting old!

Pub still my first choice although i will go with the flow.

Good pub Called Ye Three Fishes nearby - can't remember the village - i will 'get there' eventually.

As much as i would love to attend the meet i`m out on the `Black country bus` on Sat night, so i will probably be breaking the law if i drive, who knows though, i will keep watching the thread.

Not sure how many going, I am going along with a few mates but they do not have scoobys. Supposed to be Japanese car meet there so hopefully quite a few scoobies will be there. Dependant on weather, but looks like being dry tomorrow morning, so we are going to try and get there for 10am - 10.30am. Hopefully may see you there. I am quite interested in the ecotek valve that you have fitted and would like to see it.

The rain is SUPPOSED to hit us late afternoon, so my reckoning is on getting a few runs! But who knows!
If it does turn out Sunny and warm in the morning though, get your butts to the Pod! At least it will get you out of mowing the lawn!
