That looks nice Phil, shouldn't be long before that's rented.
Couple of friends of mine are still living in Nottingham and they're paying a lot more than that. I'll let them know next time I speak to them, incase they know anyone looking.
How's the rollerskate, still not tempted back down the scoob/evo route?

flats in nottm EP being advertised, we'll keep our fingers crossed its not too long.
still happy with the rollerskate.. cheap running cost are a mst at the mo with 84.9p a litre for UL.
hows your car?

It's running PPP but I really want the TEK3 and a few other bits alongside, but I think it'll be a while
