Well i'm just North of Cov so if us Cov area types end up doing the motorway thing i guess we could meet en route or it might get a bit tricky so maybe best just saying see you Sutton types et al at the final venue (if i can find it) lol
Convoys r good thou so any Cov types i suggest meet at COrley services 12:15 to leave by half past & in theory get to final meet at 13:00

If you are travelling to the swan on the A491 from Hagley roundabout to Fairfield roundabout, there is a mobile speed trap just as you enter the 50mph zone, where the dual carriageway merges into 1 lane for the new traffic lights. The van faces towards you so you can't see any markings and it is half hidden in the long grass and bushes. You WILL get done if you do over 50mph. A neihbour has been done doing 52!!!
Not been to a meet before but would like to try and come along, just depends on the mood the missus is in!

Wayhey something literally round the corner from me! But I may have to be in Yorkshire messing about with gearboxes
Yes - and take note of the camera van (it say's something like "traffic Safety Partnership" on the side). Its operated by DS2 (also known as Speedmaster and Autovision). Which are strips hidden in the tarmac. They work on both sides of the road, so they may decide to switch sides. But the favorite is heading towards Bromsgrove (they hide by the phone box in the lay-by). The camera van also sites by what was the "Little Chef" which is now some posh looking offices (with entrance barriers) heading towrds hagley. Also further on on the same road on the 1/2 mile straight in the right hand lane.
So keep 'em peeled and give them a quick toot on the horn and freindly wave as you all drive past at a sedate 40mph
