When? and where can we aim for? I did the three counties last night, although we could always make it four

The roads are nice and quiet in the evening, especially if it is a not a hot tourist ridden day like yesterday? Even the A6 was a pleasure to drive

Start as soon as possible after work and end up at a nice pub?

Any evening Mon to Thurs sounds good - shouldn't need too much notice (say a week?).

Possibly best to do a circular route (you must have hundreds lying around in the back of your car!!) ending in a pub near Derby. If we start early (6-6:30), we could eat food in the end pub?

Question

Right, next Wednesday(23rd) or Thursday(24th) evening?

State your preferences, it will be a pretty informal affair, possibly without notes, unless I have some I can jigsaw together

Not after too many on this or I would have to organise it properly, which rather defeats the object

Starting somewhere west of Derby and doing a loop I reckon

have a few highlights and possible finish points in my head already

We could sort out meeting up somewhere I guess

I avoid the C&F like the plague

plenty of better alternatives like where I went last night

Drop me an email on charliewhisky@ntlworld.com and we can discuss something over the weekend, i will not be in a fit state tonight as I'm off to the pub in a mo for a leaving do & free bar

Augh! Can't do either Wednesday (Forest V Ajax- COME ON YOOOOOO REEEDSSSSSS) or Thursday (booked up to play badminton). And I'll probably have the car back as well...

Thursday's best for me (theoretically unavailable on Weds).

A map with highlighter on the roads should suffice

As early as possible? I started my run about 5pm, but if I was working then it would have to be later.

6-6:30?

The idea is to finish at a pub for food, so skip your tea or just have a snack
