not sure which car you have but i did my blobeye and used a hot air gun rather than an oven to split the lenses,
far less scary this way i found.
its an easy job only thing i can suggest is use rubber disposable gloves when removing orange bit to avoid fingerprints inside the glass and on the lense.

Yeah it's the blob, I've got next week off so may give it a go..

Is it a bumper off job ??

no two bolts on top of lights and remove the grill and there is a bolt behind that, then pull forward and it will pop out.

I can split them for you - I'll use the same hammers I rolled my arches with, bit of super glue and you should get them back together

Do they take long to start to seperate ?? And what did you stick them back together with or is it a case of re heating the glue ?

few screws to remove then heat the sealant up around the edge and pull apart,
remove orange bit then push two halves back together and reheat and hold together for a few secs.
job done.
