pm Jim (madisonmonkey), he has done research & experience with his BC BR blob setup.

The drop of 30mm may not be easy to get right straight away as it may be a little trial & error. I would also try leaving the rear approx 5mm higher than front as on the BC BR's I found my Hawk almost sat 5mm lower on the back even after adjusting coilovers to all same height.

What spring rates have you gone for front & rear? Also make sure you go for the rubber rear top mounts as they dont knock like the solid ones.

It would be good if you managed to first adjust front camber bolts in order to get the same figure on left & right side (approx 0.5 Neg camber), then adjust from top Mounts & adding more Neg camber.

After its all fitted right you just need to get the alignment done.
Approx 1.5 to 1.7 Neg Camber front / Approx 1.2 to 1.5 Neg Camber Rear (i.e approx 0.2 to 0.4 less more neg camber on front than rear)

0.00 Toe though some prefer a tiny bit of toe out

Castor will be what it is.

Just take a ground to fender measurement before you take the old ones off, then adjust the coils to 30mm less than that once they're on. It's easiest to do it that way as the struts are different length to std. They may drop a little bit more once they've settled but it's a quick fix with the c-spanner afterwards.

I run -1.8 f -1.3 r on the Wagon and it works nicely. 6/5 springs with damping set between 16 and 20 (if 0 is full soft) depending on how fruity I'm feeling lol.

If you do go lower than 30mm I'd recommend the Whiteline Roll Center Adjustment kit too.

Mandeep, I am running the following settings on my 05 STi also with BC's. Both ARB,s are Whiteline and both 22mm, front on medium but rear on stiff plus Whiteline anti lift kit. Powerstation corner weighted the car after all the above was fitted to what they said was the same geometry they use on the type 25's. Would not bet money on that, might have just been sales talk.

Front
Caster L +4*55' R +4*47'
Kingpin Inc L +16*14' R +16*09'
Camber -1*23' both sides
Individual toe +0*04'
Total toe +0*09'

Rear
Camber both sides -1*45'
Individual toe +0*06'
Setback +0*06'
Geometrical driving axis +0*00

Jesus, just typed that from my IPad! What a load of **** that is to use.

Set the hubs full towards positive camber and then use the top mounts to bring them back to about 1 degree of negative camber. So when wheel is sitting on the floor the strut is more diagonal(leaning in towards the car) than upright.
