Default Silkolene SILKTRAN SYN 5 75W-90 Fully Synthetic Gear Oil (now Fuchs Titan Race Syn 5)

Purchased this for my car but is NOT SUITED TO THE 6 Speed Box.

I basically purchased all fluid for box and diffs.

I have x8 litres sat in my garage doing nothing as I don't need it.

Looking for around £80 to shift them.

I've done a lot of reading mate. It's bloody good stuff trust me but for the 6 speed too slippery for the syncros.

Was just looking at the same stuff for my STI. Shouldn`t be listed if it`s not suitable

I have used it both my JDM 6 speeds in the past and not had a problem. I know they say it can be a "bit slippery for the syncros" but not had an issue?

Jon,

Can I let you know over the next couple of days?

Reason is I am making some further enquires myself as it's sold for the STi box but only going by forum feedback it's not suited. (Like Ricky Said he's had no issues)

So making a few calls if not I'll bung it in my car. Otherwise it's yours mate.

Not late, timing sucks - need to pay some other stuff like fixing the car and getting an oil change sorted before I do this lot

Will realistically be looking to do the gear oils after Brighton
