I might have done but Iv got the 911 Carrera GTS driving day at Silverstone (Porsche driving centre) on the same day. I get to drive all the latest 911 models on their track, skid pan, low friction surface etc!! My bro in law is getting from the P1 club, the GT3 RS for the weekend to take up there.

Goodluck & enjoy mate, hope the new engine rebuild hits the mark

Ricky, in a porsche, on a low friction surface.

The phrase "recipe for disaster" springs to mind.....

With a Nur Spec you'll need the bung fitted, and keep your fingers crossed.

It won't be just Subaru's, it's being run with the MLR, so there will be lots of Evo's out there aswell.

Does anyone know if a RCM resonated centre section and back box will pass?

I've got the full Team Ice system (de resonated centre) at present so have no chance of getting on the track.

Can't be arsed to change the whole system personally. So just looking at a mid section and back box for track fun.

If you want to check your car for noise contact brands hatch and they`ll check it for you before you enter and waste your money.
Or buy a dba meter from maplins for approx £20 and check it yourself.
You rev it to aprox 2/3 throttle if it redlines at 6000 rev it to 4000 get somone to hold the dba meter 1/2 a meter from your exhaust outlet and at an angle of 45 degrees and hey presto.

Loads of helpful info here aswell if it`s your first time or you`ve never read this anyway

Cheers matey. Nice little write up that. Enjoyed the read.

Better get me some real gloves. Only have rubber or latex ones at home.
