hi can any shed any light who lives in the dingle in hillingdon black bugeye msoc sticker top of windowscreen, plate is a 51 but poss private as last prefix if wrx just i live around the next rd mayfield close good to meet you somtime and have a chat steve

silver rims no front mount thought pretty standard looking with scooby in silver letters on tail gate!!
