I can fit and setup a boost controller for you, no problem.

However the stock ecu's boost control is very capable when combined with a 3 port solenoid and correctly setup. By leaving the ecu the ability to control boost, you will also retain some safety if the ecu decides to drop boost if it detects excessive knock / sensor failiure etc.

I also have a pair of genuine fog covers for sale, in black. - PM me if you're interested

Simtek should be able to control boost OK, with a 3 port solenoid.

Apexi AVCR is a good controller, with in gear and rpm based control etc.
