More work done
Got my ported headers back off Rich yesterday, so I stripped off all of the heatshield lugs (with a power-saw and bench grinder) and wrapped them.
Before wrapping....
Wrapped, and then built...
And then fitted

I have wire-wrapping pliers if you don't want to use the clip things you can get
