gearbox and diff oils 05 wrx

hi people can anyone confirm this gear box oil 75/90 fully syn and rear diff same oil or 80w90 thanks steve as my auto data on computer gone down..

75/90. Gearbox holds 3.5 litres and diff holds 0.8 litres.
