Default My05 widetrack sti

A couple of years ago I have a 2003 blob sti in blue , was a great car but circumstances made me part with it and I moved on to a mk5 golf gti , the golf was a great car but lacked the aggressive raw feeling the sti gave so I started looking at getting back into a scoob again , looked a few dogs , dodgy history etc , and eventually came across a black widetrack sti ppp

The car came from Jperformance/NAS in Coventry , a detailed full service history inc Cambelt change and had the rear shocks reworked a few months back , 67k ,10 months mot and 10 months tax , was given a fair part ex price on my golf and a good deal from sky insurance to swap over to the sti

Only extras on the car are

Prodrive performance pack (fitted from new)
Viper cat 1 alarm system
Front ht splitter
Forge recirc valve
K&n typhoon induction kit
De-tangoed headlights
Powdercoated alloys

Excuse the private plate , that has just come off this weekend

Looks fantastic, always loved the black blobs, the only thing I'd change is the black wheels, black on black makes them almost invisable. I'd go gold or anthracite. But that's my opinion on what is an already stunning car

If you look at the 3rd photo closely you will see that they are actually anthracite , but I totally agree with you , I want them back to gold , I'm on the look out for a decent set or may just get these done gold , might put a thread up for a swap , these are mint so somebody may want some this colour and do a swap

Ahh I've only been looking at them on my phone so the photos are not that big. I had black wheels on my Gray V9 when I bought it and went back to gold so much nicer with the OEM look and with yours being black should look fantastic

I like the anthracite against black - shows the Brembos so I vote keep 'em.

Nice car
